4th of July celebrates America independence from Great Britain. It is a day commonly associated with fireworks, parades and barbecues. Living with a host family, you are sure to experience at least, one of those.
It is a fun day to wear your white, red and blue. I am not American, but I do enjoy this day and it reminds me Independence Day back home. So, our family tries to make it special. This year, we will be joining friends watching a parade. And as a mother of toddlers girls, I took the occasion to get my nails fully dressed for the celebration. My children love it! Your host children would like it as well. You should try!
It is a fun moment to spend with your host family and share something very meaningful to them.
Today, I was thinking about ways you could incorporate your culture to this celebration. I browsed around my favorite blogs and sites, when I found the article below. It is fun and delicious!

How about you? How are you going to celebrate your 4th?
I hope it is fun and remarkable!
