Raising a bilingual child is no easy task, but very possible. Hosting an au pair is a great opportunity to bring another culture and another language to you children.

Sleep Deprivation Impact on Kids

We all know that sleep is important for kids, but did you know that even 15 min of inadequate sleep has enormous impact? After only 3 days of 1 hour less sleep, 6th graders perform at the 4th grade level. Yikes!
Having the children going to bed on time, it is not only important for the parents but even more for the children.
